Biography
Batu Sener is a Turkish composer, orchestrator and arranger based in Los Angeles. He has worked extensively with John Powell at 5 Cat Studios, providing additional music, arrangements and orchestrations for more than fifteen films.
Sener’s lead composing credits include the scores for The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild (2022), Ice Age: Scrat Tales (2022), Atatürk 1881-1919 (2023–2024), Harold and the Purple Crayon (2024) and Better Man (2024). The latter earned him the AACTA Award for Best Original Music Score. He was nominated for Breakthrough Composer of the Year at the 2022 IFMCA Awards.
