Biography
Benjamin John Power (born 10 September 1982) is a British composer, producer and electronic musician, best known under the alias Blanck Mass. He began his career as one half of the duo Fuck Buttons before launching the Blanck Mass solo project in 2011.
Power has scored a number of feature films and television series. His credits include Calm with Horses (2019), for which he received the Ivor Novello Award for Best Original Film Score in 2021, Ted K (2021), She Rides Shotgun (2025) and Crime 101 (2026). He has also composed for the Prime Video series The Rig (2023–2025) and joined the band Editors as a full-time member in 2022 while continuing his solo work.
