Biography
Bert Offord was a British costume designer and actor. Born in London in 1884, he began his film career with small acting roles in silent films in the late 1910s and early 1920s before transitioning to wardrobe and costume work in Hollywood.
He received a costume design credit on the 1927 film 7th Heaven. Later credits include wardrobe on A Boy, a Girl and a Dog (1946), The Valiant Hombre (1948), Hi-Jacked (1950) and Cowboy and the Prizefighter (1949), as well as work on the television series Science Fiction Theatre (1956–1957).
Offord died in Los Angeles in 1961.
