Biography
Bertil Norström was a Swedish actor. Born in Sala, he worked as a journalist before training at Calle Flygares teaterskola. He made his stage debut in 1946 and appeared in productions at theatres including Oscarsteatern, Malmö stadsteater, Norrköping-Linköpings stadsteater, Stockholm stadsteater and Dramaten.
Norström had a long career in film and television, often in supporting roles. He is known for appearances in A Swedish Love Story (1970), Scenes from a Marriage (1973) as Arne, New Mischief by Emil (1972), The Brothers Lionheart (1977) as Pjuke, Who Pulled the Plug? (1981), The Accidental Golfer (1991) and The Best Intentions (1992). He played Bengt Persson in the series Varuhuset (1987–1989).
He was married to actress Margreth Weivers from 1947 until his death in Stockholm in 2012.
