Biography
Bill Dubuque is an American screenwriter. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and worked as a recruitment headhunter before beginning screenwriting in 2008.
His film credits include the screenplay for The Judge (2014), and writing A Family Man (2016) and The Accountant (2016). He co-created the Netflix series Ozark (2017–2022) with Mark Williams, serving as writer and executive producer; the series earned a Writers Guild of America Award nomination for the writing team.
Dubuque wrote and executive produced the Netflix limited series His & Hers (2026). He has also written The Accountant 2 (2025) and created the series M.I.A. (2026).
