Biography
Bill Lowe is an American television picture editor. He trained at the University of Southern California Film School after attending Long Beach City College. He began his career at Walt Disney Productions as a messenger before moving into editing roles, starting as an apprentice and assistant editor.
Lowe worked on series including Magnum, P.I. and later specialised in comedy editing. He edited 13 episodes of Seinfeld in 1991, along with episodes of That's So Raven, One on One and other series. After more than 35 years in the industry he has produced documentaries and runs the Mariposa Butterfly Festival in California with his partner.
