Biography
Blessing Adedijo is a Toronto-based Canadian actress working in film, television and theatre. She graduated from TMU's Theatre School and is an alumna of the CBC Actors Conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre.
Her screen credits include The Voyeurs (2021) as Mere, Humane (2024) as Grace, The Good Doctor (2017) as Madeline Cross, Hudson & Rex (2019) as Frida Xavier, Nurses (2020) as Shona, Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent (2024) as Zara Kwame, and The Testaments (2026) as Zilla. She received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Guest Performance for her role in Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent. She has also appeared in theatre productions including The Odyssey, The Women and Julius Caesar, and wrote the short film Funke (2023).
