Biography
Bobby Knight (1940–2023) was an American college basketball coach who appeared in several films and television productions, often as himself. He is credited as Self on the 1994 documentary Hoop Dreams, and played versions of himself in the 1994 sports drama Blue Chips and the 2003 comedy Anger Management.
Knight served as head coach at Indiana University from 1971 to 2000, leading the team to three NCAA championships, and later coached at Texas Tech. His prominence in college basketball resulted in cameo appearances in sports-related media throughout his career.
