Biography
Bonita Friedericy is an American actress. She was born on 10 October 1961 in Charlottesville, Virginia, and raised in Palos Verdes, California. She began her career on stage in the 1990s and won an Ovation Award for her performance in a Los Angeles production of Our Country's Good. She also worked as a teacher for nearly 13 years while pursuing acting.
Friedericy is best known for portraying NSA General Diane Beckman in the series Chuck (2007–2012), appearing in all five seasons. She has had guest and recurring roles in numerous television series, including Malcolm in the Middle, Bones, Parks and Recreation, Castle, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Good Doctor. Film credits include Christmas with the Kranks (2004), Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) and Paranormal Activity 3 (2011). She has been married to actor John Billingsley since 2000.
