Biography
Brad Johnson was an American actor and former model. Born in Tucson, Arizona, he began his career on the professional rodeo circuit before being discovered for commercials. He appeared as the Marlboro Man and in campaigns for Calvin Klein, then moved into acting with his first film role in Nam Angels (1989).
Johnson's theatrical debut came in Always (1989), in which he played Ted Baker opposite Holly Hunter and Richard Dreyfuss. He later appeared in Flight of the Intruder (1991), Philadelphia Experiment II (1993), the Left Behind film series (2000–2005) as Rayford Steele, and recurring roles on Melrose Place (1992) and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000). He died in February 2022.
