Biography

Brian H. Dierker, also credited as Brian Dierker, is an American actor and marine coordinator. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona, on 13 September 1955 and operates Adventure Sports Services, an Arizona company specialising in rafting and kayaking support for film productions.

Dierker made his acting debut as Rainey in Into the Wild (2007). He was initially hired by director Sean Penn as a location scout and guide for rafting scenes before being cast in the role. He later appeared as Bones in No Strings Attached (2011).

His additional crew credits include marine coordinator on The River Wild (1994) and Almost Heroes (1998), river unit work on The River Wild, and camera boat operator on the television film Grand Canyon (1999).
