Biography
Brian J. Falconer is a film and television producer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has produced four feature films and four television series since 2018, working frequently with Hat Trick Productions and his company Out of Orbit.
His credits include the third series of Derry Girls (2022) for Channel 4, the feature film Ordinary Love (2019) starring Liam Neeson and Lesley Manville, the ITV mini-series Breathtaking (2024), and the eight-part Netflix series How to Get to Heaven from Belfast (2026). Earlier work encompasses more than twenty short films, including the Academy Award-nominated and BAFTA-winning Boogaloo and Graham.
Falconer has received an International Emmy Award for television comedy, two BAFTA Awards and two IFTA Awards.
