Biography
Brian Kaufman is an American animation director. He has directed episodes of the series Rick and Morty (2013), Central Park (2022) and Good Times (2024). Earlier in his career he directed the short films A Flight Into Imagination (2008), A Rusted Heart (2009), Memories (2010), Solemates (2013) and Welcome to Showside (2015).
Kaufman has fifteen years of experience in the animation industry. He began in animation and visual effects departments before moving into storyboarding and then directing. He has also contributed storyboards and animation to series including Unikitty!, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Prodigy.
