Biography
Brigitte Muñoz-Liebowitz is a television writer and producer, also credited as Brig Muñoz-Liebowitz and Brigitte Liebowitz. She began her career as a writer on the Fox/NBC series Brooklyn Nine-Nine, serving as story editor and contributing episodes in 2014 and 2015.
Subsequent credits include work as writer and producer on People of Earth (2016–2017), Abby's (2019), Diary of a Future President (2020), Love Life (2020) and One Day at a Time (2020). She was showrunner and executive producer on Gordita Chronicles (2022). She has held overall deals with Sony Pictures Television, extended in 2022 and 2024.
Muñoz-Liebowitz is a graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and holds a Masters in Producing from Columbia University School of the Arts. She has also written and directed the short film Some of Us Watch The Sunset, Too.
