Biography
Bruce Rasmussen (born 18 March 1961) is an American television writer and producer. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Rasmussen wrote for Roseanne (1988) and served as supervising producer on the series in 1992. For this work he received a Golden Globe, a Peabody Award and a Humanitas Prize. He went on to produce The Drew Carey Show (1995) and co-create Freddie (2005).
His other writing credits include episodes of Wings (1990), Without a Trace (2002), The Middle (2009), Dallas (2012), Kingdom (2014) and The Conners (2018). He also served as co-executive producer on the Roseanne revival and as executive producer on The Conners.
