Biography
Byron Gibson is a British actor. He began working in film in 2008 and has since appeared in dozens of productions, often in supporting roles as antagonists or anti-heroes. His credits include Only God Forgives (2013) as Byron, Rise of the Footsoldier: Retribution (2026) as Ricky, The Hangover Part II (2011), No Escape (2015), Vikingdom (2013) and episodes of Blood & Treasure (2019–2022).
Gibson is a former Muay Thai coach and promoter who established the first professional Muay Thai schools and promotions in Cambridge, England. He performs many of his own stunts and has also worked as a producer, director and writer on several projects. In 2024 he received a festival award for best action sequence.
