Biography
C. Gaby Mitchell is a screenwriter and producer. Mitchell received a teleplay credit on the anthology series Fallen Angels (1993), for the episode 'I'll Be Waiting'.
Mitchell wrote the story for the film Blood Diamond (2006) and the screenplay for Get Low (2009), on which Mitchell also served as executive producer. Additional credits include uncredited script revisions on Cinderella Man (2005) and Deep Blue Sea (1999). Mitchell co-wrote the graphic novel The Black Diamond Detective Agency with artist Eddie Campbell. Mitchell received a nomination for a Satellite Award for the screenplay of Get Low.
