Biography
Camilla Hammerich is a Danish television producer. Born on 1 October 1963, she began her career in the industry after an early acting role as Regitze Varnæs in the DR series Matador (1978–1982). She trained as a producer assistant at Danmarks Radio (DR), where she worked for 13 years, including as line producer on the series Taxa.
Hammerich later joined TV 2 as a drama editor before returning to DR in 2007 as a producer. She is best known for her work on the political drama Borgen (2010–2013), on which she served as producer and executive producer alongside writer Adam Price. Her other credits include Ride Upon the Storm (2017–2018), Julefeber (2020) and the feature film The Land of Short Sentences (2023). She is the daughter of journalist and author Paul Hammerich.
