Biography
Camryn Manheim is an American actress born Debra Frances Manheim on 8 March 1961 in West Caldwell, New Jersey. She first came to attention with her off-Broadway one-woman show Wake Up, I'm Fat in 1994. She holds a BFA from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MFA from New York University.
Manheim is known for her role as Ellenor Frutt on the series The Practice (1997–2004), for which she received a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. Her film credits include Happiness (1998) as Kristina, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997), and Scary Movie 3 (2003). Other television roles include Delia Banks on Ghost Whisperer (2006–2010) and Control on Person of Interest (2013–2015). She has also appeared in the miniseries Elvis (2005) as Gladys Presley.
