Biography
Carey Bennett is an American costume designer born on 13 October 1970 in Westminster, California. She served as costume designer on the medical comedy series Scrubs (2001–2010) and as the original costume designer on the US version of The Office (2005–2008).
For her work on both series Bennett carried out detailed research, visiting a real paper company for The Office and studying hospital staff attire for Scrubs. Her designs for Scrubs led her to launch a line of women’s scrubs. She has also worked on series including Episodes, Undateable and Upright Citizens Brigade.
