Biography
Carl Capotorto is an American actor and writer. He was born on 16 January 1959 in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx, New York. He holds a BFA from the State University of New York at Purchase and an MFA in playwriting from Columbia University.
Capotorto is known for playing Little Paulie Germani in 24 episodes of the HBO series The Sopranos (2001–2007). His film acting credits include Five Corners (1987), Mac (1992) and Riding in Cars with Boys (2001). He has also written for television, serving as a writer and story editor on The Deuce (2018–2019), as well as contributing to Vinyl (2016) and Tommy (2020). Capotorto is the author of the memoir Twisted Head: An Italian-American Memoir (2008).
