Biography
Carlos Carrasco is a Panamanian actor. Born in Panama City in 1948, he moved to the United States on an acting scholarship to Stephens College in Missouri. He subsequently studied at the University of Illinois and Wayne State University before beginning his professional career in New York.
Carrasco made his Broadway debut in the Circle in the Square production of The National Health. His film credits include Ortiz in Speed (1994), Popeye in Bound by Honor (1993) and Norte in Parker (2013). He has also appeared in television series including Star Trek: Voyager (as Bahrat), Parks and Recreation (as Antonio) and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (as Esteban Fellipe). In addition to acting, he has worked in arts administration and as a director and producer.
