Biography
Carol Brown is an American television writer and researcher. She is the senior researcher in the writers’ room on the medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy, where she provides daily medical briefings, research summaries, continuity checks and expert consultations.
A Dartmouth College graduate and former actress and playwright, Brown previously worked as an assistant to executive producers on 9-1-1: Lone Star. She made her writing debut on Grey’s Anatomy with the 2025 episode “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” and contributed to a second episode in 2026.
