Biography
Cassandra Harris was an Australian actress. Born Sandra Colleen Waites in Sydney, she trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, enrolling in 1961 under the name Sandra Gleeson. She appeared in the Sydney stage production of Boeing Boeing (1964–1965).
Harris's screen credits include The Greek Tycoon (1978), Rough Cut (1980) and a guest role in Space: 1999 (1975). She played Countess Lisl von Schlaf in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only (1981). She also appeared in several episodes of Remington Steele (1982–1985).
Harris married actor Pierce Brosnan in 1980. She died in Los Angeles in 1991.
