Biography
Catherine Lambert is an Australian actress and writer. She appeared as the Jazz Singer in Lost in Translation (2003), House Slave (uncredited) in Django Unchained (2012), and provided voices for Lorikeet and Rabbit in Napoleon (1995). She also played Kath in Peaches (2004) and Lou in the short film Your Turn (2013).
Sophia Coppola saw Lambert performing in Tokyo in 2001. Producer Ross Katz later located her in South Australia and invited her to return to Tokyo for the role in Lost in Translation. Lambert contributed to the soundtrack of that film and worked as co-writer, assistant editor and co-producer on Your Turn.
