Biography
Cathleen Sutherland is an American film producer. She joined Richard Linklater’s Boyhood (2014) as unit production manager in the project’s second year and later became a producer, remaining with the production through its completion. She received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture for the film.
Sutherland’s other producing credits include Amanda & Jack Go Glamping (2017) and the short The Shot (2020). She earlier appeared as an actress in The Legend of Billie Jean (1985). She is the older sister of photographer Matt Lankes, who documented the Boyhood production.
