Biography

Cecil Reynolds (1880–1947) was an English actor and physician. Born on 24 November 1880 in Paxton Hall, England, he later worked in Hollywood.

He appeared in a small number of films in the early 1930s, including an uncredited role as Waldman's Secretary in Frankenstein (1931), for which he also served as medical consultant. Reynolds played the Minister in Charlie Chaplin's Modern Times (1936) and had an uncredited part in A Study in Scarlet (1933). He was Chaplin's physician in Hollywood.
