Biography
Cédric Kahn is a French filmmaker, screenwriter and actor. Born on 17 June 1966, he began working in the film industry as an assistant editor on Maurice Pialat's Under the Sun of Satan (1987).
He made his feature directorial debut with Bar des rails (1991) and went on to direct films including L'Ennui (1998), Roberto Succo (2001), which screened at Cannes, Red Lights (2004), The Prayer (2018) and The Goldman Case (2023). He has also written screenplays for several of his own films and others. Kahn has acted in supporting roles, including as Michel in Paweł Pawlikowski's Cold War (2018).
