Biography

Chapman To Man-Chat (Chinese: 杜汶澤), also credited as To Man-chak and born Edward Ng Cheuk-cheung, is a Hong Kong-Taiwanese actor. Born on 8 June 1972 in Hong Kong, he began his career in television soap operas and transitioned to film in 2000.

He is best known for playing Tsui Wai-keung (傻强) in the Infernal Affairs trilogy (2002–2003) and Itsuki Tachibana in Initial D (2005). He received a nomination for the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his work in Infernal Affairs.

To has been married to actress Kristal Tin since 2005. He founded the multimedia platform "Chapman To's Late Show" and naturalised as a Taiwanese citizen in 2022.
