Biography

Charlie Plummer is an American actor. He began his career as a child actor in short films and made his feature debut in David Chase's Not Fade Away (2012). He took a lead role in the independent film King Jack (2015).

Plummer gained wider recognition for his performances in Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World (2017), as John Paul Getty III, and Andrew Haigh's Lean on Pete (2017). The latter earned him the Marcello Mastroianni Award for best emerging actor at the Venice Film Festival. His television work includes recurring roles in Boardwalk Empire (2011–2013) and Granite Flats (2013–2015), as well as the lead in the Hulu miniseries Looking for Alaska (2019).

Other credits include The Clovehitch Killer (2018), Words on Bathroom Walls (2020), Spontaneous (2020), Moonfall (2022), The Return (2024) and The Long Walk (2025), in which he plays Gary Barkovitch #5.
