Biography
Charlotte Mitchell is a British costume designer. She studied fashion and textiles at Central Saint Martins, worked initially in fashion retail and design, and moved into costume work around the age of 27. She gained experience on daytime television, in theatre and at the period costume house Cosprop.
Mitchell served as costume designer on the second series of Killing Eve (2019), succeeding Phoebe de Gaye. Her other television credits include Harlots (2018), Kiss Me First (2018), The Pale Horse (2020), The Outlaws (2021–2022) and Towards Zero (2025). Film work includes assistant costume designer on Belle (2013) and The Night Watch (2011).
