Biography
Charlotte Munch Bengtsen is a film editor. She trained as a contemporary dancer and photographer before completing a master's degree in film editing at the National Film & Television School in the UK.
She began editing documentaries and shorts in the mid-2000s. Her work on Joshua Oppenheimer's The Act of Killing (2012) marked a significant early credit. She has since edited The Truffle Hunters (2020) and the Oscar-nominated All That Breathes (2022), for which she received the IDA Award for Best Editing. Other credits include Mistress Dispeller (2024). In 2023 she became a member of AMPAS and the European Film Academy.
