Biography
Chet Richards is a writer. With Judy Burns he co-wrote the Star Trek (1966) third-season episode 'The Tholian Web', first broadcast in 1968. It is his only known screen credit.
Richards was born in 1945. He later worked as an aerospace engineer and inventor.
