Biography
Chloe Breen is an actor. She graduated with a BFA from the New York Film Academy and is based in Los Angeles.
Breen played Ruthie in the 2025 film Obsession. Her other credits include the role of Nancy in The Mask: Gone Viral (2025), Audrey Cunningham in A Christmas in Ochopee (2023), and work in the production department on Down Low (2023). She has also appeared in several short films and television mini-series.
