Biography
Chris New is an English actor and filmmaker. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 2006, and subsequently appeared in stage productions including the West End revival of Bent and Prick Up Your Ears, as well as work with the National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and Young Vic.
New made his screen debut as Glen in the 2011 film Weekend. He wrote and directed the short film Ticking in 2013, co-wrote the 2014 feature Chicken and co-wrote and directed the 2014 feature A Smallholding.
