Biography
Chris Overton is an English actor and filmmaker. He was born and raised in Cannock, Staffordshire, and began his career as a child actor with roles including Young Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera (2004) and Noah Claypole in Oliver Twist (2005).
Overton played Liam McAllister in the soap opera Hollyoaks and appeared as Reggie Blennerhassett in the film Pride (2014). He later directed and produced the short film The Silent Child (2017), which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film. He is married to actress Rachel Shenton.
