Biography
Chris Santos is an American actor born on 21 May 1978 in Long Island, New York. One of five children, he made his screen debut at the age of 12 as Young Andy in the film Amongst Friends (1993).
Santos is best known for playing the male lead Chris opposite Sasha Grey in Steven Soderbergh's The Girlfriend Experience (2009). The role came about after the film's writer David Levien, then a client of Santos's as a personal trainer, recognised parallels between the character and Santos himself. He later appeared in Perfect (2018) and has credits in other feature films, shorts and television series.
He has trained with acting coaches including Ivana Chubbuck, Deborah Aquila, Lesly Kahn and Margie Haber. Santos has two brothers, Al Santos and Patrick Santos, and two sisters.
