Biography
Christine Cox is an English actress. She has appeared in many British television series over several decades, with roles in long-running soaps and dramas such as Coronation Street (1976–2022), Emmerdale (1985–2014) and Hollyoaks (2014).
She played the Mother in the 2012 miniseries Parade's End, Hannah in Shameless (2012), a judge in Accused (2010), Gwen Ratcliffe in Doctors (2015) and characters in Last of the Summer Wine. Earlier credits include Vroom (1988) and Run for Your Life (1988). She appeared on Junior Showtime as a singer and trumpeter.
