Biography
Christopher Hatton is a writer, director and producer. He grew up in Summerville, Oregon, and earned an MFA in playwriting from the University of Iowa. While submitting spec scripts, he sold a story to Star Trek: The Next Generation; it was produced as the two-part episode 'Gambit' in the seventh season, followed by another story credit for 'Thine Own Self'.
Hatton has written and directed several independent films, including Sammyville (1999), loosely based on his hometown, Cyber Wars (2004), Robotropolis (2011), Battle of the Damned (2013) and Raven's Hollow (2022). He is based in Singapore.
