Biography
Christopher Owen is an English actor. He was born on 18 June 1937 in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
Owen appeared in the BBC series House of Cards (1990) as Peter McKenzie and its sequel To Play the King (1993) in the same role. His other television credits include Agatha Christie's Poirot (1991) as Chief Purser, The Day of the Triffids (1981) as the Vicar, and Sharpe's Honour (1994) as Rev. Whistler. Film roles include Mountbatten in The Bank Job (2008), Father Mannion in Basil (1998) and Lord Justice Scott Baker in Unlawful Killing (2011). He retired from acting in 2014.
