Biography
Chu Xiao (also credited as 初曉 or Chor Hiu) is a Chinese actor. He made his screen debut playing Feipu in Zhang Yimou's Raise the Red Lantern (1991).
He later appeared in the film Consuming Sun (1993) and the television series The VI Group of Fatal Case (2001). Chu Xiao has worked extensively in Chinese television, with credits including The Firmament of the Pleiades (2010) and Let's Fall in Love (2016). He is associated with the China Coal Mine Art Troupe.
