Biography
Chuck Bowman (born Charles Wayne Bowman) is an American television director, producer, writer and occasional actor. He directed the Castle episode 'The Blue Butterfly' in 2012 and has worked on numerous other series including The A-Team (1983), MacGyver (1985), Walker, Texas Ranger (1993), Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993), Murder, She Wrote (1984), The Pretender (1996), Alien Nation (1989), The Greatest American Hero (1981) and Nash Bridges (1996).
Born on 2 June 1937 in Coffeyville, Kansas, Bowman began his career in the late 1960s. He is the father of director Rob Bowman. His credits also include producing and writing for television, as well as acting roles in series such as Dragnet and Adam-12.
