Biography
Cindy Evans is an American costume designer. She received her first feature credit as costume designer on the low-budget film Red River before working as costume designer on Memento (2000).
Evans has designed costumes for numerous films including Along Came Polly (2004), Marley & Me (2008), P.S. I Love You (2007), Red Riding Hood (2011), A Million Ways to Die in the West (2014), Ted 2 (2015), Atomic Blonde (2017) and Morbius (2022). She is Texas-born and grew up in Lake Sherwood, California.
