Biography
Clark Backo is a Canadian actress. Born on 5 September 1993 in Montreal, Quebec, she was raised in Toronto, Ontario, and trained in scene study at Straeon Studios.
She is known for her recurring role as Rosie in the comedy series Letterkenny (2016–2023) and her performance as Emma in the Apple TV+ series The Changeling (2023). Film credits include Ginny in I Want You Back (2022) and Sadie in Venom: The Last Dance (2024). She has also appeared in Supernatural (2017–2018), The Handmaid's Tale (2018), Designated Survivor (2016), Wynonna Earp (2016) and Station Eleven (2021).
Backo received an ACTRA Toronto Award nomination for Outstanding Performance (Female) for her role in the film Happy Place (2020). She is the daughter of musician Njacko Backo.
