Biography
Claudia Wells is an American actress. She is best known for playing Jennifer Parker, the girlfriend of Marty McFly, in the 1985 film Back to the Future.
Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Wells moved with her family to the San Francisco Bay Area as an infant. She appeared in operas as a child and began acting in television in the late 1970s, with guest roles including Simon & Simon (1981) and Fame (1982). After Back to the Future, she took a break from acting following her mother's cancer diagnosis and returned in the mid-1990s.
