Biography
Coky Giedroyc is an English television and film director. Born Mary Rose Helen Giedroyc on 6 February 1963 in Kowloon, British Hong Kong, she grew up in Surrey and attended the University of Bristol, where she began making films.
She has directed episodes of series including Penny Dreadful (2014), The Hour (2011), Harlots (2017–2018), Seven Seconds (2018) and A Thousand Blows (2025). Her feature films include How to Build a Girl (2019). Giedroyc has received BAFTA nominations for her work.
