Biography
Courtney-Mae Briggs is a British actress. She trained at the Arts Educational Schools.
Briggs is known for her musical theatre work, originating the role of Jennifer Parker in Back to the Future: The Musical at the Manchester Opera House in 2020 and continuing in the West End production from 2021. She appeared as Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre from 2017 to 2019, and in other productions including In the Heights, Strictly Ballroom and Once on This Island.
On screen, she voiced characters in the 2023 animated series Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix and played Melena Thropp, also credited as Mrs. Thropp, in the 2024 film Wicked and its 2025 sequel Wicked: For Good.
