Biography

D.C. Jackson, also credited as DC Jackson, is a Scottish writer and playwright. He is known for his work on television series including Fresh Meat (2011), Stan Lee's Lucky Man (2016), Loaded (2017) and Dead Pixels (2019).

Jackson was born Daniel Craig Jackson in 1980. He studied physics at the University of Glasgow before training in playwriting at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. His early theatre work includes the plays The Wall (2008), The Ducky (2009) and My Romantic History (2010), the last of which won a Scotsman Fringe First award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

He has also written episodes for River City and Stags (2024), and contributed to other series in development.
