Biography
Daisy Waterstone is a British actress. She was born on 13 June 1994 in Hammersmith, London, and is one of eight children of Sir Tim Waterstone, founder of the Waterstones bookshop chain, and film director and producer Rosie Alison. She attended Francis Holland School and trained with the National Youth Theatre from the age of thirteen, later completing a foundation course at the Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts.
Waterstone is best known for playing Margo Durrell in the ITV series The Durrells (2016–2019). Her other television and film credits include Testament of Youth (2015) as Clare Leighton, And Then There Were None (2015) as Beatrice Taylor, Cyberbully (2015) as Tamara Mathis, The Capture (2019) as Abigail Carey, Dalgliesh (2021) as Octavia Aldridge, The Long Shadow (2023) as Jacqueline Hill and Prime Target (2025) as Fiona Carey. She has also appeared in stage productions including at the Old Vic and the National Theatre.
