Biography
Dana De Vally Piazza is a television director and technical coordinator. She began her career in the mid-1980s working as a technical director and coordinator on series including Designing Women (1986) and Mad About You (1992).
She served as technical coordinator on 92 episodes of Friends (1994) from 1995 to 1999 and directed three episodes of the series in 1998. Her directing credits also include episodes of Veronica's Closet, Just Shoot Me!, Reba (2001), Off Centre (2002) and B Positive (2022). She has continued working as an associate director on series into the 2020s.
Piazza shared Directors Guild of America Awards for outstanding directorial achievement in a comedy series for Mad About You (1996) and Sports Night (1999).
